ビジネスのボーダーレス化が加速する中、「グローバル人材」という言葉をよく耳にするようになりました。この言葉は様々な意味で使われていますが、一言で説明するならば、「多様性を尊重しながら、コミュニケーション・スキルを発揮し、新たな価値を作り出して行くことができる人材」となると思います。そうした人材の育成が急務であるということが、昨今声高に叫ばれています。
